Kervan brings you a verified trading house for the factory you buy from — in Hong Kong, Indonesia, China, the UAE, Oman, the EU, the USA or India. The house contracts the factory on your terms and sells you the same goods in Turkish lira. We find, check and organise; we never hold your money.
No account, no subscription. One-time service option
Choose the supplier's currency and the amount you owe them. We convert it at today's Central Bank selling rate.
Indicative, at today's Central Bank selling rate. The trading house confirms its rate in its offer.
We are not a party to your purchase. The contracts are between you and the house, and the house and the factory.
A fixed ₺2,000 plus KDV per contract, and only when you sign with a company we brought you. Searching costs nothing.
Every payment goes from you to the house, and from the house to the factory. None of it passes through us.
Every one of these has an answer: a trade deal, or a single service. You decide which ones are your problem.
A good website, a long catalogue and a confident sales manager cost less than a single loom. Half the companies quoting you resell someone else's line, and the half that do not may still be unable to hold your volume.
Thirty per cent to a company you have never stood inside, in a country whose courts you will never use over that amount. The risk is not fraud so much as an ordinary factory having an ordinary bad quarter.
Duty, KDV, KKDF on deferred payment, surveillance minimums, anti-dumping, freight, demurrage, correspondent bank charges. Any one of them can turn the cheaper factory into the dearer one.
Factory, forwarder, insurer, broker, bank. Each is right about its own part while the shipment as a whole is late, and the coordination that nobody is paid for is yours.
A tick box on a certificate of origin, a description that does not match the packing list, a safety sheet in the wrong language. Days on the quay, and the duty exemption you were counting on gone.
It needs somebody on your side of the table who does it for a living. That is the entire proposition.
See how it works →A verified trading house signs with your factory on your terms and sells you the same goods in Turkish lira. Your specification, your shipment and your broker stay as they are; the payment abroad becomes the house's.
Plus KDV, invoiced once when the house countersigns. Nothing before.
Price your deal →Tell us the specification, the volume and when you need it. Trading houses quote, we compare the offers and go through them with you.
Upload the contract you already have. We find a house to step in between, so you pay a company in Türkiye, in Turkish lira, instead of wiring money out.
A sourcing request, or the contract you already have. Houses are asked about the goods and the volume only; your price and your file go to one house, after you accept its offer.
The same contract, split in two: the house buys on your terms and invoices you the same goods in Turkish lira. You see the amount and the rate, and accept or decline.
You send a short introduction from your own mailbox and the factory agrees to receive payment from the house. For a sourcing request, you choose from the compared offers instead.
Same goods, same price, same dates: only the counterparty and the currency change. You sign, the house countersigns, and our one fee falls due.
The Turkish lira amount is fixed at the day's rate and held for a payment window. You transfer to the house's account; the house pays the factory.
Your booking and your broker, as they always were. Every document lands on your deal page as it arrives, and you are told each time.
Confirm the weight and the shade off the truck, rate the house, and order again on the same terms when you need to.
One rule keeps it fair: if, within twelve months of an introduction, you sign a contract with a company we introduced — through the platform or outside it — the same fee applies on that contract.
One thing checked, and nothing else. Order a service on its own, alongside a deal or without one: a report and one invoice, at the price fixed when you order.
Fees are invoiced in Turkish lira, KDV 20 % on top. Premiums, freight, duties and broker charges pass through at cost, shown open-book.
Loading the catalogue…
It has one fee on the contract value, invoiced when the trading house countersigns.
Your contract value, where it ships from and when you pay. A trading house buys from your factory and sells you the same goods in lira; we charge one fee.
We are not a party to your purchase. The contract is between you and the trading house, and between the house and your factory. We find the house, check it and keep the deal moving; your manager answers for the whole of it.
Our fee is charged to you, in the open: a fixed ₺2,000 per contract plus KDV, invoiced separately once both sides have signed. If no deal is signed, you owe us nothing.
Passes from the factory to the house and from the house to you. It never touches our balance sheet: we take no title to the goods.
One fee, from you, at the official rate of the day both sides signed. Searching, checking and comparing cost nothing.
Go from you to the house's own account, in its name, confirmed with its bank. We hold nothing on account, ever.
Kervan helps you find a high-grade, verified trading house and brings the moving parts of your import together.
Access trading houses in Hong Kong, Indonesia, China, the UAE, Oman, the EU, the USA and India. We help match your sourcing needs with the right partner.
Verification helps you understand who you are buying from. Agree the scope, commercial terms and responsibilities before moving forward.
The offer, the contract in lira, the payment window and every document on one deal page. Add inspection, insurance or freight as single services when you need them.
No account, no e-mail. The estimate below is the same arithmetic our people do on the first call — including the two lines almost nobody budgets for.
An estimate, not a ruling. The duty rate depends on the exact classification, and that is what S1 is for.

Not a map of everywhere. These are the routes where we know the paperwork, the ports, the usual tricks and roughly what a factory should be charging.
The deepest supplier base and the most ways to buy the wrong thing. Trading companies presenting as factories, minimum orders that appear after the quote, and surveillance values that turn a cheap invoice into an expensive declaration.
Dearer per unit and frequently cheaper on the floor: the customs union means no duty with an A.TR, two weeks by road, and small reorders that do not need a container. The document that makes it work is the one most often filled in wrongly.
Raw materials, polymers, metals and timber, where the question is rarely the factory and almost always the payment route and the screening. We run both before anyone agrees a price, and we say no when the answer is no.
Agricultural goods and minerals inbound, Turkish manufactured goods outbound. Long documentation chains, real counterparty risk, and pre-shipment inspection that is not optional however good the relationship looks.
The people here have been doing this since before the container terminals were privatised. That is not a slogan — it is why a quote from Ningbo reads differently to us than it does to you.
A Turkish joint-stock company acting for Turkish buyers under Turkish law, with the tax, the accounting and the audit that go with it. Your contract is enforceable in the courts you already use.
Anywhere our screening cannot clear a counterparty or a payment route. There is no version of this business where a deal is worth the licence it costs us.
One platform agreement, signed once by a person named in your signature circular. It is not a contract of sale and it commits you to no deal.
Each deal is signed by you and the house. Nothing in the agreement lets us sign for you.
Straight to the trading house, in lira, to the account named on your deal. The house pays the factory. None of it passes through us.
Our fee is invoiced separately in lira with KDV, and paid separately. It is never part of what you pay the house.
Handled under KVKK with a written notice and a separate, refusable consent for anything that crosses a border. Refusing the cross-border consent limits which corridors we can work for you, and we will say which.
A person reads both of these, not a form robot. You will hear back within four business hours.
